5th Grade Expectations
We are very excited to have your child in fifth grade this year! We will be working together throughout the year to make sure your child is ready to transition into middle school. We want you to know that “Fifth Graders at Otis Brown have S.W.A.G.”

We are beginning a new incentive plan at Brown. A note went home in the blue Thursday folder explaining the plan. Be sure to check your child’s binder this week on Thursday to see if they earned their Jeans and Spirit Shirt for Friday!

Please make sure you have signed all enrollment paperwork and have sent them back with your child.

You will be able to meet with your child’s teacher in the classroom to go over expectations for fifth grade. There will also be a come and go event in the library to allow you to sign up for library cards and tour the completed main building.
